Resume: JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PLANNING ADMIN

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure efficient planning and execution of tasks.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain planning schedules, reports, and documentation to support business operations.

  • Supply Chain Management Assistance: Support inventory tracking, procurement planning, and supply chain operations.

  • Communication & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in planning processes.

  • Data Management & Reporting: Organize and analyze data related to supply chain and planning activities to improve efficiency.

  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements in the planning process.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication.

  • Experience in planning, coordination, or administrative roles is preferred.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other planning tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary: Negotiable 

  • Probation time: pay 100% based on full salary

  • Contribute compulsory insurance: based on full salary 

  • Lunch allowance

  • Working time

* Office: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday: off)

* Factory: Monday to Saturday 

  • 13th month salary
